We may change tutor assignments when reasonably necessary to maintain service quality or accommodate availability.

6. Lesson Scheduling

Repeated lateness or missed sessions may affect the learning experience and may be subject to our cancellation policy.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

9. Payments

A consultation or trial does not automatically guarantee continued tutoring or a particular tutor.

Users are responsible for having:

• Required software or applications

• A suitable learning environment

Edupro International is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's device, internet connection, third-party platform, power outage, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Complete agreed learning activities

• Follow reasonable tutor instructions

• Avoid disruptive behavior

• Provide accurate academic information

• Treat tutors and other students respectfully

13. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or guardians are expected to:

• Maintain appropriate supervision where necessary

• Respect tutor and staff boundaries

14. Tutor Conduct

Tutors working with Edupro International are expected to maintain professional standards.

Tutors must:

• Avoid inappropriate communication

• Follow applicable safeguarding requirements

Tutors must not engage in inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise unacceptable conduct.

Edupro International expects all users and tutors to report serious safeguarding concerns through the appropriate Edupro International contact channel.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may take action to protect a student's safety, including suspending services or contacting relevant parents, guardians, authorities, or professional services.

16. Prohibited Conduct
